Rates and Policies

Below is the basic information about renting the retreat.

Overnight Rates

• $350/night for up to 12 guests, with a 3 night minimum
• $75 cleaning fee
• State bed tax of 8%
• $350 deposit is required at the time the reservation is made in order to reserve the dates desired.
• Read and fill out the Rental Agreement
• Read and fill out the Overnight Use Form

Day Use Rates

• $20 per person per day, minimum 6 people
• Read and fill out the Rental Agreement
• Read the Day Use Form

Policies

• We are a NON-SMOKING facility. However, smoking is allowed outside of the house in a designated area.
• No pets please
• Maximum occupancy is twelve (12). We will allow extra guests for an additional fee.
• Linens and towels provided but bring your own soaps, shampoos & lotions.
• Payment: Balance is due at the time of check-in. We accept personal checks. We accept 1 payment from “the Leader” of your group.
• Payment methods: Cash, Check
• Cancellations – a retreat may be cancelled 30 days before reservation date for a refund of the $350 deposit. The deposit of $350 is nonrefundable for reservations that are cancelled with less than 30 days.
• Check is required to hold reservations
• Read and sign: (1) the above Rental Agreement and the form that correspond with your overnight or day use stay; (2) the Losses and Damages form that details the security deposit and check-out procedures. We will need both of these for final confirmation of your reservation.

The next step is to review the Calendar, chose your dates, and fill out the form. Once we have verified the dates, we will contact you to confirm your reservation.
